Overview

Horizon Multi Media Unit – a powerful yet cost effective rack mount hardware solution designed to meet a wide range of video and audio applications including:

The ability to view and display a variety of standard and bespoke video applications
Convert proprietary video to standard PAL format
Supports PAL and Megapixel video applications
Supports Windows based software applications

The MMU can be provided to the user as a PC or alternatively can be driven by a programmable CCTV keyboard. Support personnel can remotely access the hardware and software to provide cost effective and response support to operational personnel.

The MMU can support a variety of software applications and can be locked down (in software build) to prevent unauthorised user tampering or access to applications. The hardware supports 4 simultaneous screen outputs in both analogue (composite) and VGA formats. There are 3 different processor specifications available to support a wide range of applications. The MMU can support up to 30 MPEG4 25 fps PAL images simultaneously across 4 screens. The hardware and software can be branded for OEM requirements.
